Purpose and Scope of the Job

The holder of this job will be primarily responsible for a wide range of administrative services pertaining to the residency and legal status of new / existing employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards

Visits the Labor Departments (In Kuwait City, Hawalli, Jahra) to carry out

Procedures and applications submitted by the hospital, AL-Rashaqa Centre Co., and Kazhema farm. These applications include:

- Procedures of signature accreditation and specification of limits of manpower for each company, and follow up of all relevant issues including omission or addition.

- Obtaining all licenses required for bringing manpower from outside Kuwait.

- Obtaining the work permissions, carrying out their renewal, transfer or cancellation.

- Making all relevant procedures of absentee employee in the police stations and the Labor Departments.
