Job Description
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychological, and social factors. 2. Develop and implement nursing care plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' responses to interventions and adjust care plans as necessary.
3. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and selfcare strategies.
4. Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and best interests within the healthcare system.
5. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records.
