Regional Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Service Delivery Managers to understand activity forecast and provide resources to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery
• Conducting readiness review of personnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team if required
• Participating in local business performance reviews meeting with key accounts and in high impact incident response with local customers
• Building consistency through the job-cycle process to ensure trained personnel perform each activity which is then checked and verified by team members
• Utilizing KPI's to identify gaps in operational areas and processes to shape continuous improvement
• Partnering with remote workforce and coordinators to assign technical job planning and support resources to drive service delivery productivity
• Support the MENATI region with all aspects from a technical concern
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in related field (Engineering/Science)
• Demonstrate solid, related and relevant work experience – have a minimum of 15 years of experience
• Have a strong chemical/chemistry background
• Have excellent leadership, great interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
• Show the ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
• Be able to work in a global matrix organization
• Show a thorough understanding of Profit and Loss and technical job planning requirements
