- Expansion of company’s presence in the region, vertically and horizontally
- Establishing a robust distribution network for the company's brand in the region
- Increase customer base – both for the company's brand and private label business
- Ensuring achievement of targeted top line as well as bottom line for the region
- Defining and achieving targeted product mix
- Building and managing strong relationships with both external as well as internal key stakeholders
- Ensuring commercial discipline and adherence to agreed terms
- Staying up to date on market trends and changes in the competitive landscape
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product, and customer service to ensure efficient service
- Keep an update on legal requirements for company’s products in the region
- Team building and training
