Receptionist

This is an exciting opportunity within the Systems Integration team at Creative Technology UK. Working closely with the wider Systems Integration team, this role would suit an individual with strong AV, construction, sales or administration experience.

The purpose of this role is to receive, process and control inventory, to prepare hardware and material inventory for project deployment in co-ordination with project administration and technical engineering.

The successful candidate will support the Business Development Manager with the coordination and delivery of sales activities and processes, including tender and proposal preparation, pricing and supplier engagement. Working under pressure and to tight deadlines is an everyday reality in this role so a calm and organised manner is essential.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual who can build strong working relationships with all internal and external customers. Provide leadership and problem-solving approach to the day to day issues arising in the warehouse, and in the offsite events and projects serviced by the warehouse. The successful candidate should have prior experience in maintaining inventory controls as well as organising courier dispatch.

Knowledge of WEEE reports and how to dispose of WEEE items and rubbish is essential. The successful candidate will be required to keep the warehouse areas clean and tidy at all times. You must fulfil all health, safety and welfare requirements as required and immediately report any issues or accidents in line with Company policy to Senior Management.

R2 systems knowledge is advantageous as the successful candidate will be running stock takes on the rental inventory. Locating and dispatching inventory, recording the serial numbers dispatched using SAP is also a requirement of the role.
