- Provide subject matter expertise in specific areas of software quality, such as test case planning, QA automation, performance testing, security testing, or other specialized domains.
- Collaborate with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
- Act as a matrixed team lead to QA engineers, working with them on a day-to-day basis to provide guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of test strategies and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient testing processes.
- Review and provide feedback on test cases, test scripts, and test automation code developed by QA engineers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and quality standards.
