- Develop and update detailed profiles for all journalists and opinion leaders
- Develop and update the media database by regularly tracking and logging engagements and visits
- Track and update all Media Relations deliverables of upcoming events and announcements
- Maintain the Media Relations calendar, in alignment with other corporate calendars
- Provide data and intelligence on journalists
- Track and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
