- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze and manage work control activities.
- Ensures effective execution of the Work Order service desk in alignment with established Corporate standards.
- Tracks, monitor and controls Work Order compliance across LCV to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction to include asset, supply, and procurement management.
- Provides regular and accurate reporting for Work Order/Service Desk key performance indicators for all LCV Task Orders.
- Analyses Maximo data and makes recommendations for Service Improvement Plans.
