- Develop a plan to assess employee training needs for both Internal and external field force.
- Create monthly training calendar along with strategies, initiatives, and materials for key product launches.
- Conduct product training with main focus on In-store employee training.
- Conduct Post-training evaluations for internal and external field force, both reactional and behavioral.
- Assist in new employee training and onboarding
- Review employee performance and learning
- Share necessary training reports with management on regular basis.
- Maintain a database of all training materials
