- Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
- Implement specific sales strategies (developed in conjunction with the line manager and/or other commercial team members for targeted accounts to ensure positive sales outcomes).
- Initiate the development of close relationships with targeted accounts across Al Ain City.
- Carry out sales calls.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct group meetings for HPCs to disseminate the knowledge about FreeStyle Libre and AGP.
- Achieve the respective area sales targets.
- Comply with reporting requirements on time as required.
- Understand competitor environment and activities and monitor market trends.
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of the company products and services.
- Team player with proven ability to work across different cultures.
