We are looking for a reliable, front-facing Data Entry Clerk. Part time hours. You will undertake administrative tasks, as assigned by the Owner. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities:

- Interfacing with incoming client requests.
- You will be the face of the office and acting as the hostess/host of the office.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence. (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Update and maintain records and databases with company data.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Skills:
- Experience as an office assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or relevant role.
- Communication capabilities and interpersonal abilities-friendly and engaging with a hospitality mindset.
- Excellent, energetic phone voice. Speak clear English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in MS Office programs, QuickBooks, PCs, computers, and willing to learn dispatching software.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Ability to lift and carry 40lbs.
