- Years of Experience 15+
- Experience in handling transformation projects with medium to large size team.
- Experience in managing various stakeholders like customer IT, Business Managers, multi-vendor teams and other partners
- Ability to drive the motivate the team and drive the program as per scheduled timelines without any slippages.
- Able to anticipate and mitigate/avoid the risks that could impact overall schedule, quality and cost of the program"
