Open Position: Assistant Manager Operations & Marketing, Bulk (International Palm Oil Company)

An international exporter of palm oil, edible oils and oleochemicals is looking for Assistant Manager-Operations & Marketing, Bulk and be based in the Selangor

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure statutory requirements are met after sale and purchase contracts have been
  
• Prepare checklists for the statutory
  
• Make sure payment to suppliers and their delivery plans are as per
  
• Make sure all operational activities are carried out by closing date and are communicated well to external
  
• Ensure documentation is ready from documentation team within 24 hours from cargo sailing for customer s
  
• Monitor on incoming
  
• Ensure final documents are clean before
  
• Daily awareness on bulk market by reading market report and updating management on latest
  
• Vessel arrival
  
• Update daily Reuters and closing prices/MPOB average price on all
  
• Update prices for
  
• Degree in Logistics and
  
• At least 5 years working experience in bulk shipment
  
• Well versed in Demurrage calculation, fixing of bulk vessel, chartering terms, charter party agreement, time sheet
  
• Familiar with PORAM/FOSFA contracts or
  
• Familiar with LC negotiation/documentation and issuance of sales
  
• Familiar with ERP
  
• Good communication, analytical, leadership and interpersonal
