Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Pedodontists are responsible for diagnosing dental conditions and planning appropriate treatments for infants, children, and adolescents.
Preventive Dental Care: They provide preventive dental care, including oral examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants.
Restorative Dentistry: Pedodontists perform restorative dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, and pulp therapy (including pulpotomy and pulpectomy) on primary and permanent teeth.
Behavior Management: They are skilled in managing the behavior of young patients and providing a positive dental experience.
