Responsibilities:
• Ensuring adherence to the rosters, cleaning schedules, nd security SOP’s while demonstrating a proactive approach for fulfilling the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in line with the KPIs & SLAs.
• Act as the focal point for the client and for any escalations, ensuring that any issues or conflicts are resolved satisfactorily in order to maintain the high service levels expected by the pavilion.
• Assisting the Pavilion Management Team in all aspects of project implementation as required
• Managing, overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating specialist cleaning services if required by the client
• Responsible for the overall management of the pavilion’s other functional areas including catering, hospitality, and guest experience.
• Managing performance of cleaning and security personnel with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and service delivery
• Developing and maintaining a high service standard and developing control measures to ensure that the standards are always met
• Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to without any exceptions
• Ensuring that the team responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Regularly checking the cleaning equipment and materials
• Responsible for all rosters ensuring all positions are covered at all times, this is to include annual leave, sickness, and scheduled day off.
• Implementing security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and making sure that the environment in the pavilion is safe for employers and guests.
• Managing the site supervisors for completion of scheduled tasks
• Ensuring all staffed meet grooming standards before and during each shift.
