in addition to ensuring that Kaizen meets its strategic goal, to provide a range of products and services that its tenants and customers want and can afford resulting in generating additional revenue and higher customer retention rates.
- Develop partnerships with a wide range of partners, organizations, and real estate agents to create innovative partnerships, creating strong relationships and attracting new sources of funding.
- Build, manage and maintain strategic partnerships that will directly benefit Kaizen, while adding value to customers and tenants, ensuring appropriate joint working arrangements are in place and effectively managed.
- Assess New Partnership Opportunities by reviewing applications, researching products, and communicating with counterparts at those companies.
- Measure the benefits, value and impact of services on both Kaizen and customer, and report on outcomes and impact.
- Work with other Kaizen team members to deliver excellent services to our customers and tenants.
- Attend and participate in meetings with relevant partners, also within internal Kaizen management meetings
- Create a strong network of real estate agents, nurturing them and keeping them active to enhance leasing, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate curiosity about our customers, their business, identifying their pain points to present company’s solutions and value added services.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with service providers, agents and customers and collaborate with other team members to create loyalty of providers and satisfaction of customers.
- Maximize revenues through efficient use of resources, and supporting the business in the development of new ideas to continuously drive improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop appropriate networks and explore alternative funding, developing bids and partnership bidding.
- Gather market information on the Real Estate sector and on service providers and translate Research Info into relevant reports/notes covering opportunities and risks related to KAIZEN’s businesses
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Partnership Manager or Business Development Manager in a customer-facing environment.in regards to the below :
good understanding of Real Estate Industry.
Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate, conclude and manage service agreements
● Knowledge of leasing functions
● Significant experience and capability in the delivery of large contracts.
● Significant experience in delivering growth to contracts, utilizing a multi-channel business development approach.
Technical competencies in Microsoft Office 365- Outlook and CRM systems
