- Set up and prepare industrial ovens for production runs according to established procedures and recipes.
- Monitor oven temperatures, humidity levels, and other variables to ensure consistent product quality.
- Load and unload products onto oven conveyor belts or trays as needed.
- Adjust oven settings, conveyor speeds, and other parameters to optimize baking or drying processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of ovens and related equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
