Operations Supervisor

Job Description :
Operations supervisors monitor the efficiency of a department and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service and data analysis procedures.

Responsibilities :
1. Review site inspection and ensure timely submission of EH&S risk assessment
2. Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs (repair, contract PPM) based on quality procedure, work instructions and ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Ensure timely submission of jobs cards and timesheets and job completion certificates
4. Shall be responsible to assist aftermarket sales team for service repair projects by establishing desired scope of works, bill of quantities, etc in line with the company policies and procedures.
5. Shall also comply with commercial, technical and EH&S policy as applicable.

Qualification :
1. Engineering degree with 2-3 years of experience /10 years of experience without engineering degree.
2. Good People management skills to drive results with available resources.
