- Active security certification(s) in at least one (1) of the following: Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP); Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Technical (hands-on) experience with networking, VSAT, Cybersecurity Compliance, Cybersecurity Risk assessments, and technical procedure documentation.
- Knowledge of operations testing and evaluation methods.
- Experience managing a technical team in an operational environment (24 x 7 and NOC considered a plus).
- Experience in network and cybersecurity design, engineering and operations.
- Experience with NIST SP 800 series or ISO 27001 series documents for information security management and risk assessment.
- ITILv4 Foundation Certification.
- Capable of planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, project, and technical personnel.
- Thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle management of military systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military systems.
- Capable of managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
