- Excellent clinical skills, including strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care
- Experience in a clinical setting, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to empathize with patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload, especially in high-pressure situations
- Active nursing license and CPR certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent with 3 years experience
- Experience in primary care and/or urgent care is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic language is preferred
