- Document Review and approval of ITP (Inspection Test plan), Method of statement, Welding & Repair procedure, Welding procedure specifications (WPS) / Procedure qualification records (PQR), NDE (Non Destructive Examination) procedures, Hardness test procedure, PMI test procedure, Hydrostatic/ Pneumatic test procedures, Technical Service Personal Qualification Records, Calibration documents for Welding, Heating, PWHT and NDE Equipment’s.
- Conducting Material Inspections as per Material Inspection request received from the Contractor with reference to Material Test certificates and Packing List Provided.
- Witnessing WQT (Welder Qualification Tests) with reference to the approved WPS and provide Welder Performance certificate for those who qualify based on Visual and Radiographic Examination of the welds.
