1. Build & Design Migration Infrastructure:
- Work on designing and building the migration infrastructure, including selecting and implementing appropriate migration tools.
- Define migration process details, ensuring a seamless transition for computers, servers, and users.
2. Infrastructure Analysis & Implementation:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing infrastructure to identify requirements for migration.
- Implement necessary accommodations in the infrastructure configuration, including DNS and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
3. Assist & Guide Regional Engineers:
- Collaborate with engineers in the AMER/APAC regions, providing assistance and guidance throughout the migration process.
- Ensure regional teams are aligned with the migration strategy and best practices.
