As part of your role you will:

  • Work with our Brand Leads to deliver first class customer services to all new and existing clients.
  • Answer the phone in a professional, positive and clear manner.
  • Act as point of contact for clients.
  • To coordinate new enquiries, ensuring the customer gets a speedy response and a friendly first interaction.
  • To co-ordinate with the estimating team to make sure costs are completed within the deadline and capture all required information.
  • Follow up on leads generated by Lead Generation team.
  • Enable the Sales teams by providing all the relevant information for them to have the best impact on the client.
  • May be required to handle business as usual accounts and the Helpdesk enquiries.
  • Develop new business by identifying and developing opportunities from contacts.
  • Effective questioning and probing to upsell to our clients.
  • Provide Management reports and sales data as required.
  • Develop dashboards and reports through the CRM system.
  • Look to improve the Account Management process and increase efficiencies.
  • Ensure all paperwork / documentation is collated and sent to our client where required.
  • Assist with the resolution of all complaints escalated from all parts of the business and resolve to satisfactory conclusion.
  • Monitor all KPIs and SLAs with Account Clients and ensure the targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring all Account Clients have the best experience possible during the sales and booking process.
  • Excellent maintenance and correct use of our of our CRM system.
  • Conduct sales research as and when required.
  • Use clear communication skills to liaise internally and externally frequently.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Offer expertise in our products/brands/delivery process inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Excellent communication and English skills;

Excellent IT skills including MS office;

Good planning and organising abilities;

Excellent Administration skills;

Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and manage them;

Ability to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels;

Good Face to Face sales experience;

Multi Product/Cross Selling experience.
