1. Learn details about our products and services
2. Find prospects and leads, understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
3. Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
4. Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
5. Up-sell when appropriate
6. Demonstrating and presenting products
7. Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
8. Track and monitor your work
9. Attend sales educational events, seminars & exhibitions
10. Maintains relationships with clients
11. Report to management team
