- Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
- Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.
- Responsible for troubleshooting maintenance work activities for all production machines: WTU,
Mixing, Processing, Filling, Labelling and Packing. - Performs all mechanical activities and carries out all maintenance activities during
unit shutdown assuring that are being completed at minimum time with minimum cost. - Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand
tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. - Reporting to supervisor for any abnormality in the workflow.
- Optimizes maximum resources available to reduce maintenance cost.
