- Responsible for the planning and monitoring performance against key operating targets
- Actively leads and participates in mill safety and housekeeping, by ensuring goals are met within the department
- Ensures completion of all required paperwork, schedules, work orders, etc
- Verifies all rounds are completed and recorded
- Coordinate crew assignments, assisting team with solutions to repetitive equipment failures; and developing and implementing changes for continuous process improvement
