Founded in 2016, the company offers an RTB platform with more than 2 million ad requests per second, with the only goal to attract highly engaged users using machine learning tech.
Job Requirements
- Independent and autonomous in approach with ability to roll their sleeves up and get things done when necessary.
- Plan, and execute on marketing initiatives in line with core goals of the company.
- Align and liaise regularly with central / Global Marketing team and initiatives within the company.
- Ability to hire, and manage key skill individuals - copywriters, Designers, and social media managers with scope to extend regionally.
- Focus on designing and rolling out scalable marketing programs, aligned to our strategy and goals for Large Customers and the Twitter commercial organization
- Build brand trust and awareness of their platform globally
- Partner cross-functionally with Policy, PR and senior stakeholders to deliver objectives
- Manage activities and report against KPIs and budget
Candidate Requirements
- Past senior marketing experience required
- Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
- Strategic thinker with experience developing marketing programs and measuring impact
- Ability and experience in hiring strong talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working with/on social media platforms / SaaS platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful and creative
- BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution, marketing qualifications preferable
- Willingness to travel
