- Proven experience in sports and fitness marketing, preferably with a focus on collaborations with athletes and gyms would be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the sports and fitness industry, including current trends and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with athletes, gym owners, and other industry professionals.
- Creative thinking and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as required.
