- Responsible for managing and monitoring the activities of the medical laboratories
- Establish excellent business relationships and communication channels with a third-party service provider.
- Develop and ensure implementation of the Medical Laboratory policies and processes in order to achieve the Clinical Support Services department’ objectives
- Review the operating results of the Medical Laboratory function and follow-up.
- Ensure maintaining satisfactory and safe performance of all Medical Laboratory area and ensure that quality assurance is regularly performed in all clinical areas and documented for audit purposes.
- Monitor the adherence of the Medical Laboratory staff to COMPANY'S guidelines, policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medical Laboratory practice and technology to ensure that services provided are of the highest standard.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to Top Management that cover all the Medical Laboratory function’s activities.
