Job Description

- Installs, maintains, and repairs various types of lock and key systems throughout the company
- Maintains records of combinations, locks and keys for accountability
- Obtains work through lock and key request forms, electronic mail, over the counter, phone calls for work to be performed
- Operates a personal computer to access job information (e.g., specifications to locks, manufactures diagrams, key codes), as required
- Coordinates information with customers for necessary items (e.g., locks, keys) to perform repair and rework, as required
