Sales Development Representatives are often the first live client interaction and are responsible for helping the client begin their solution evaluation. They seek to understand client needs and serve as the connector between the client and Rockwell’s subject matter experts. About Fiix Fiix has a big goal – to create a more sustainable world. Our team is growing by leaps and bounds and we’re conquering new challenges every day. We’re looking for big thinkers with small egos to join us on our journey to create a more sustainable world. As a BDR, you will be the backbone of our sales process and responsible for establishing customer relationships and strategically developing and providing motivated leads to our sales team. You’ll be working closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop targeted strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business. You will be directly involved with the expansion of the Fiix & Rockwell business into the region and have the opportunity to be the local Fiix & Rockwell subject matter expert. We’re looking for a highly motivated, tenacious and energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building. The BDR position provides an exciting career opportunity and provides you with lots of opportunity to grow and advance within the company. Reporting into the Director of APAC Sales, you will be instrumental in defining, testing, and growing the business development engine that quickly and easily scales with our breakneck growth.
