- He will be the point of contact between the various project departments by receiving complaints and obtaining all the information required to identify the problem and directing the competent technical team to address the problem by opening a job card until the problem is resolved.
- Make reports for all machines, specifying all the works that have been implemented and the spare parts that have been spent.
- Manage Spare parts supply and inventory
- Monitoring of minimum stock level & Total Inventory Mgmt.
- Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to prearranged systems.
- Oversees computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies.
- Dispenses parts to service technicians.
- Receives and inspects incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality of materials.
