10 or more years of experience in delivering large IT transformational programs, preferably in real estate, retail and hospitality domains

Experience in executing and delivering large scale loyalty projects /programs

5 to 7 years in diverse roles with leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs

Substantial consulting leadership experience

Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams & mandatory experience in engaging with senior leadership
