Job Description
McKie Recruit are pleased to share this fantastic opportunity in a top 100 law firm. The firm is a market leader in both the Personal Injury Sector and Clinical Negligence. Due to continued success and growth, our client is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their OL/PL department. You will be handling a cases of litigated, predominately fast track caseload.
Requirements
The perfect candidate has 1+ PQE, enjoys getting stuck into litigated cases, looking to join a highly ambitious and growing firm with the chance to earn unlimited commission with no caps or hurdles.
Benefits
- Starting salary up to 55,000 depending on experience.
- Very generous commission scheme, paid monthly in arrears.
- Hybrid working available.
- Excellent regular, strong development opportunities and regular supervision.
- Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30am Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
- 23 days holiday, we reserve three of these days to be used for the closure of the business during Christmas and New Year.
- Lots of other benefits like holiday buyback, death in service, Employee Assistant Programme, paid for social evets.
