Must have GCSS-A maintenance certifications and 40-hour PBO certifications.
Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, processes and procedures governing procurement issued by DA, ARCENT, NETCOM, Main Command and Brigade to ensure compliance and implementation of all assigned logistics matters.
Possession of a car driving licence.
Understanding of and experience using Procurement Regulations (AR 710-1, AR 710-2, AR 710-3, AR 735-5, DA PAM, DA PAM, CTAs, and NETCOM Reg. 710 -2), policies and procedures for maintaining an accurate system of accounting and reporting including accounting for government property lost, damaged or destroyed as a result of abandonment and making use of the FLIPL investigation, fee statement and cash collection vouchers, Contractors must make daily or monthly settlements to PBUSE.
The contractor must be familiar with all aspects of transport operations (eg Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES), Transport Coordination - Automated Information Management System-II (TC-AIMS-II), Global System To carry out air transportation (GATES).

Standard Army Maintenance System - Certified (SAMS-1E) Enhanced. The contractor shall provide the certificate upon request.
