Leasing Executive

Leasing Executive shall ensure maximum occupancy of commercial portfolio. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Direct and manage the leasing activities to achieve agreed revenue targets within budgeted costs.

Achieve occupancy targets for each building Property viewings Handling of Lease Contracts; Incl Renewals in addition to re-Lease/ Rental rates Advisory Handling of queries and complaints by Landlord

Ensure a proper CRM system is in place and used with client relationship & leasing progress details Ensure complaints process and system in place with follow up and resolution procedures Ensure Customers are satisfied and complete the survey forms Achieve Customer satisfaction rate of 85%

Preparation and distribution of reports to senior management and Landlords Maintenance of records as per internal and contractual guidelines Progress towards annual/monthly business plan targets Collection and administration of Commissions

Requirements

Education :Bachelors Degree Experience : 4-5 Years of experience as a Leasing Executive . in regards to the below : Receipt of a pertinent Real Estate certificate is advantageous. Well-honed marketing abilities. Ability to sign legitimate tenants quickly. Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements. Excellent communication skills. Considerate of outgoing tenants.
