Lead Product Manager

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital innovation, overseeing the strategy and development of cutting-edge digital products and services from booking platforms to ancillary products to loyalty and account management. You’ll shape the way the world travels through your vision and execution of product strategy and deliver groundbreaking digital experiences to our customers. Key responsibilities: • Lead a team of talented product owners dedicated to turning vision into reality, focusing on releasing best-in-class digital products across the digital landscape • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap and vision for your portfolio, aligning to digital objectives and customer needs. Develop business cases to secure funding to achieve the strategy, ensuring ROI. • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, experimentation and customer centricity across the product team • Advocate and embody customer-centric and personalized design and user experience, ensuring our products exceed customer and member expectations. • Develop, then live and breathe the digital product vision and OKRs that will shape your product roadmap and your team’s product backlog and personal performance objectives • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, communicate roadmap progress and ensure alignment with the product vision, balancing competing interests and driving consensus to achieve digital objectives whilst shaping requests into manageable digital products and features • Partner with technical teams and platform owners to define the long-term technical capability roadmap for your portfolio
