- Above 15 + years of experience with the design of commercial interior projects or workplace projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience of corporate workplace, hospitality or retail projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in the use of Revit and other 3D BIM computer design programmes on Interior Projects.
- Exposure to projects with a focus on LEED and WELL sustainable goals.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrics, furnishings, furniture, lighting and fittings in the Corporate Workplace.
