Job Description:

The Community Support Administrative Agent plays a key role in our Community Support operations. Working in a call-center environment, this detail oriented, confident, and courteous employee will support customers in an administrative role.

The Community Support Administrative Agent will focus on reporting, data entry, and problem solving behind the scenes. In addition, this person must have confidence to make quick and accurate decisions, use independent judgment, and have the ability to determine when situations should be escalated.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting the team with inquiries regarding shipping and tracking, product questions, warranty claims, refunds, replacements etc.
  • Use technology to create reports for the team based on customer activity or business results
  • Enter information into databases to capture trends in order to create better customer experiences
  • Follow Company policies and use independent judgment to determine resolution/escalation.
  • Oversee daily returns and replacement of orders, including oversight of the return system and processing refunds to customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment, assisting others as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Courteous, confident and outgoing personality with exceptional problem solving and computer skills
  • Ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to navigate dashboards such as Paypal, BigCommerce and ShipHero.
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH (70%)
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
