A successful Junior Recruiter will absorb the training material from "HIRE with your HEAD" by Lou Adler and follow the recruitment department process. He/She should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter is to execute and follow the recruitment methodology of ONE-FM Hiring Process.
