- Able to install and troubleshooting the wiring issues like Ethernet, Telephone & CCTV
- Able to work with biometric devices.
- Installing, configuring & troubleshooting hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Ensuring IT standards are met.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Installing & troubleshooting printers.
