- Monitor computer systems for malfunctions and error
- Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
- Installing and updating software's such as MS Office, antivirus and operating systems.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
- Assist in maintaining Internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems.
- Maintains an effective configuration management system. Sets up LAN, WAN, terminal services, and Wi-Fi networks and maintains file servers (e.g., users, space allocations, backups, etc.).
- keeping an inventory of maintenance tools, materials and parts.
