International Business Manager

Key Deliverables

• Achieve or exceed the Business Unit targets and goals, exceed targets and excel against the competition
• Direct and drive the commercial strategies and to deliver optimal sales and growth
• Lead the development and execution of the portfolios strategic and operating plans with the objective of maximizing products' short- and long-term sales and profitability potential
• Develop portfolio of brands in the assigned international markets
• Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all federal, international, local and company regulations, policies and procedures. Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information
• Lead, coach and develop the sales teams of Business partners to create a strong, positive, and success-oriented culture
• Create a strong distribution infrastructure and ensure the implementation of strategy
• Ensure appropriate allocation & utilization of budget/resource to ensure budget efficiency, in line with company policy
• High need for cross-functional influence and collaboration internally across Divisions to deliver results
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Medical to define effective channel mix for Category products
• Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports.
  

Qualification- MBA (specialized in IB Business preferred)

Experience- Minimum 4 years of work experience
