- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand learning objectives and content requirements, working cross functionally with the training team, Enablement program managers and others to ensure all feedback is captured
- Analyze, design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including: decks for Instructor Led Trainings, delivered by our Trainers, e-Learnings, and more videos, infographics, and other materials that will have an impact on the GTM Teams
- Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia techniques to create effective learning experiences
