- Manage a team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing wooden products like Doors, Kitchens and Wardrobes.
- Manage his team in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Provide the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Responsibility for follow up of resolving customer satisfaction.
- Perform with several departments related to installation projects.
- Maintain tools, vans and other equipment on a weekly basis.
