- Receive all systems’ requirements for which all necessary detailed flowcharts and identification of files to be used in systems are to be developed, and input/output forms and reports are to be created.
- Analyze the results generated by systems and to change, adjust, and correct fields, sequences, and forms as required.
- Assist the users of systems in the collection, storage, management, and analysis of data in order to generate useful information for managing the business.
- Responsible for daily administration and new users’ setups, training, and troubleshooting for all systems.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls in order to ensure the business continuity and non-interrupted operations for the business.
