HVAC Technician

Responsibilities • Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC/R systems • Operate chemical water treatment program for HVAC systems • Maintain and repair Chiller equipment and other HVAC components • Provide written reports after inspections, maintenance, and repairs • Follow quality and safety program, training program, and time reporting procedures • Maintain a clean and professional working environment • Utilize and safeguard government and contractor provided property • Perform other assigned duties Requirements • High School Diploma required • In-residence training and EPA 608 Universal Certification required • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial chilled water systems • Minimum 5 years of experience in Computer Room Air Conditioning Systems • U.S. Citizen with valid U.S. Passport and SECRET Security Clearance • Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to drive manual transmission • Fluent in English • Pass flight line access test and employment and deployment qualification requirements • Completion of CBRN defense training
