Day to day:
- Addressing daily HVAC production issues brought in from the production team
- Designing, modeling, and checking of HVAC systems
- Working with other departments (piping, structural, electrical to complete designs for Frigate vessels
- Attending module meetings to discuss and plan for each HVAC project piece
- Checking designs in AutoCAD or Ship Constructor to confirm NAVSEA compliance
- Purchasing specification pieces to fill in any HVAC gaps that may be missing in the “checking” phase of the design
