•Implements overall recruitment policies and procedures, and hiring strategies set by the HRD
•Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and prepare matching job postings and optimize the use of the careers section on the website
•Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications and make sure to expand the CV’s backup data base
•Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and fill the according forms and recruitment trackers
