- Support registration for trainings and help in the onboarding of new staff members;
- Provide regular statistics and reporting
- Advise and support staff on HR information
- Maintain the employee records and the database up-to-date
- Archive all HR documents on our HRIS PeopleWeek
- Manage leaves on HRIS
- Manage HR contracts and related invoices on Business Central
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process
